‘Shmaya’; will open a workplace training course,
which will train the participants to enter the workplace with confidence and the necessary skills, enabling them to obtain rewarding, fulfilling and empowering employment.
Shmaya’s assisted employment program has accumulated experience of over 10 years, providing disabled individuals with the tools they need to access the employment they deserve.
Shmaya employment coaches witness unprecedented success in training people with disabilities, in preparing them for the world of work, in acquiring necessary skills.
Mentoring and constant follow up are necessary to ensure sustained and fulfilling employment.
Program evaluations show that participants who completed the 6 week course, were able to obtain andsustain profitable and fulfilling employment.
The course will be held at the Acre Youth Center First meeting 04/02/24 16:30-18:00
The course will be delivered by Shmaya’s expert employment coaches.
